Now you implement your research into your own classroom. Your TLC Teachers can work with you to work through the necessary steps for effective implementation.

• Which lesson would best integrate this idea?

• How you will determine new learning effectiveness?

• What steps need to be taken?

• What formative assessments data you will use to see if the integration worked?

• What resources / technologies need to be pulled in to integrate your research?

Question to consider while implementing:​

• What worked? What didn't work?

• What changes have you seen with how you teach?

• What changes have you seen in how your students are learning?

• How did the formative data change your use of your new strategy?

• Is this effective with students in my classroom?

• How could this idea be tweaked?

• Does this idea help increase student achievement?
